Approve the appointment of Shannon McCulligh to the Mobile Home Rent Review and Stabilization Commission as a Resident Commissioner for a term ending June 30, 2024. Approve the reappointment of Linda Moreno to the Civil Service Board for a term ending June 30, 2027. ..Body RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Parks, Recreation, and Arts Commission has nine members appointed by the Mayor. One vacancy currently exists with two Commissioners serving expired terms. The Mayor's Office is providing the appointments of Kelly Kucharski (Resident of District 4) and Christina Soto (Resident of District 3) with terms ending on July 1, 2026. Additionally, the Mayor's Office is providing the reappointment of Jon Dohlin (Resident of District 3) and Jose Barraza (Resident of District 5) with terms ending on July 1, 2027, for consideration. The Mobile Home Rent Review and Stabilization Commission has five Commissioners appointed by the Mayor. Three vacancies currently exist. The Mayor's Office is providing the appointment of Shannon McCulligh (Resident of District 4) as a Resident Commissioner with a term ending on June 30, 2024, for consideration.
