Approve the reappointment of Kristi Lawrence to the Fresno Mosquito and Vector Control District to a term ending June 30, 2028. Approve the reappointment of Katie Botello to the Fresno/Clovis Community Media Authority to a term ending June 30, 2026. Approve the reappointment of Todd Cregar to the Civil Service Board to a term ending June 30, 2028. Approve the reappointments of Shannon McCulligh and Katie Wilbur to the Mobile Home Rent and Stabilization Commission to terms ending June 30, 2028. Approve the appointment of Gurdeep Shergill to the Planning Commission to a term ending June 30, 2028. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Disability Advisory Commission consists of seven members appointed by the Mayor. One vacancy currently exists, and three members are nearing their term limits. The Mayor's Office is providing the reappointments of Ron Sheppard (Resident of District 2), Rey Villarreal (Resident of District 4), Birdevinder Rickie Dhillon who serves as the Executive Representative on the DAC (Kepler Charter located in District 3), and Chenier Derrick (Resident of District 4) to terms ending June 30, 2026, for consideration. The Fresno Mosquito and Vector Control District consists of five members, one member is appointed by the Mayor. The Mayor's Office is providing the reappointment of Kristi Lawrence (Resident of District 2) to a term ending June 30, 2028, for consideration. The Fresno/Clovis Community Media Authority consists of five members. The Mayor's Office is providing the reappointment of Katie Botello (Resident of District 2) to a term ending June 30, 2026, for consideration. The Civil Service Board consists of five members appointed by the Mayor. One member is nearing their term limit, and one vacancy currently exists. The Mayor's Office is providing the reappointment of Todd Cregar (Resident of District 2) to a term ending June 30, 2028, for consideration. The Mobile Home Rent and Stabilization Commission consists of five members appointed by the Mayor. Two members are nearing their term limits, and one vacancy currently exists. The Mayor's Office is providing the reappointments of Shannon McCulligh (Resident of District 4) and Katie Wilbur (Resident of District 1) to terms ending June 30, 2028, for consideration. The Planning Commission consists of seven members appointed by the Mayor. One member is not seeking reappointment and will complete their term June 30, 2024. The Mayor's Office is providing the appointment of Gurdeep Shergill (Resident of District 1) to a term ending June 30, 2028, for consideration. The Parks, Recreation, and Arts Commission consists of nine members. One member is not seeking reappointment and will complete their term on July 1, 2024.
