EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Fire and Police Retirement Board consists of five members. Two members are City of Fresno management employees, both appointed by the Mayor. One member is elected by Fire Department employees, and one member is elected by Police Department employees. One additional member is elected by the other four members of the board.
