EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This resolution will amend the Economic Expansion Act to provide 100% abatement of development impact fees for downtown development projects of 10 residential units or more, or 10,000 square feet or more. Residential and commercial developments downtown that are below that threshold will receive a 50% abatement of development impact fees.
