RECOMENDAR LA APROBACIÓN (al Concejo Municipal) de la Solicitud de Rezonificación No. R-16-007, correspondiente a 67.03 acres, para enmendar el Mapa de Zonificación de la Ciudad de Fresno para efectuar cambios técnicos a la zonificación en propiedades que se omitieron inadvertidamente en la actualización del mapa de zonificación. Se solicita que las rezonificaciones alcancen coherencia con la designación de uso de suelo del plan general aprobado y se describen con más detalle en el Anexo A, Solicitudes 26-43. 4. RECOMENDAR LA APROBACIÓN (al Concejo Municipal) de la Solicitud de Enmienda de Texto No. TA-16-001 para cambios menores al Código de Desarrollo con el fin de mejorar la funcionalidad, claridad y consistencia interna.
