Bessinger, City of Clovis to the vacant position on the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District ..Body RECOMMENDATION Councilmember Drew M. Bessinger, City of Clovis has expressed interest in filling this vacant position and should be approved based on the information on his resume and application. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Special City Selection Committee has adopted procedures and a rotation schedule for making their appointments, and based upon the adopted rotation schedule a city council member representing a city with a population of more than 100,000 from Fresno County shall be appointed to the District Governing Board. The Fresno City Councils vote will be memorialized in the attached resolution which will be forwarded to the committee by January 16, 2018.
