REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL April 25, 2019 FROM: PAUL CAPRIOGLIO, Council President City Council Offices SUBJECT: ..Title Approval of the AMENDED City Council Meeting Schedule for Calendar Year 2019 ..Body RECOMMENDATIONS That the City Council review the attached amended schedule of Council meeting dates, make adjustments as required, and approve a REVISED Council meeting schedule for 2019. Council President Caprioglio is requesting two (2) Council Meetings per month. The following meetings have been cancelled: May 23, 2019 August 29, 2019 October 17 and 31, 2019 December 19, 2019 Budget hearings dates are as follows: June 3, 6, 10 and 11 The Budget hearings will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the exception of June 10th, which may begin after 10:00 a.m. BACKGROUND Attached is a proposed REVISED schedule of City Council meetings for the upcoming 2019 calendar year. With your approval, the schedule will be finalized as shown or amendment as you so determine and posted as appropriate. FISCAL IMPACT None Attachment: - Meeting schedule
