Topics regarding any items currently under discussion by the Youth Commission will not be discussed. BACKGROUND N/A ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS By the definition provided in the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15378 this item does not qualify as a "project" and is therefore exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act requirements. LOCAL PREFERENCE N/A FISCAL IMPACT Appropriations for this project will be made from the Youth Commission's annual budget.
