BACKGROUND At the April 22, 2020 the commissioners were assessed in relation to any needs they may have during the COVID-19 pandemic. This conversation lead to a wider discussion at to the needs of youth in the City of Fresno. The COVID-19 Ad Hoc Committee was established to research and inform the commission as to those needs.
