EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This item amends the Fiscal Year 2024 budget by transferring the funding appropriation from the Revenue Account to the Tire Grant Account. BACKGROUND City Attorney's Office, Code Enforcement Division, has been awarded ongoing grant funding by Cal Recycle to supplement waste tire enforcement efforts. Staff is seeking to reallocate $38,700 from the Revenue Account to the Tire Grant Account. ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS Pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378, this item is not a project for the purposes of CEQA.
