HEARING to consider an appeal regarding the approval of Temporary Use Permit Application No. P25-02113 and adoption of related Environmental Assessment No. P25-02621 for � 3.44 acres of property located on the west side of North "H" Street Avenue, between North Palm and North Harrison Avenues (Council District 3) - Planning and Development Department.
