EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Civil Service Board is comprised of five members. One vacancy currently exists with one term that has expired. The Mayor's Office is providing the reappointment of Brad Hardie (Resident of District 2) to a term ending June 30, 2030, for consideration.
The Disability Advisory Commission is comprised of seven members. Four vacancies currently exist. The Mayor's Office is providing the appointments of Nicholas Lutton (Executive Representative) and Sylvia Gonzalez (Resident of District 2) to terms ending June 30, 2027. In addition, the Mayor's Office is also providing the reappointments of Kellie Griener (Executive Representative), Chenier Derrick (Resident of District 2), and Reynaldo Villareal (Resident of District 1) to terms ending June 30, 2028, for consideration.
The Fresno/Clovis Community Media Authority is comprised of five members. Three members are appointed by the Mayor with Council approval. The Mayor's Office is providing the reappointments of Mahon Brown (Resident of District 6) and Katie Botello (Resident of District 2) to a term ending June 30, 2028, for consideration.
The Historic Preservation Commission is comprised of seven members. Three terms have expired. The Mayor's Office is providing the reappointments of Elizabeth Laval (Resident of District 6), Ryan Eddings (Resident of District 5), and James Sponsler (Resident of District 3) to terms ending June 30, 2030, for consideration.
The Housing Authority of the City of Fresno is comprised of seven members. One vacancy currently exists. The Mayor's Office is providing the appointment of Steven Lewis (Resident of District 2) to a term ending April 30, 2030, for consideration.
The Mobile Home Rent Review and Stabilization Commission is comprised of five members (one Mobile Home Park Owner/Representative, one Mobile Home Park resident, and three At-Large members including seven alternates) appointed by the Mayor with Council approval. Two At-Large vacancies currently exist. The Mayor's Office is providing the appointment of Mirna Garcia (Resident of District 1) to serve as an At-Large member to a term ending June 30, 2029, for consideration.
The Planning Commission is comprised of seven members. Two vacancies exist. The Mayor's Office is providing the appointment of Jaime Holt (Resident of District 1) with a term ending June 30, 2030, and the appointment of Joseph Giles (Resident of District 6) with a term ending June 30, 2027, for consideration.
The Parks, Recreation, and Arts Commission is comprised of nine members. One vacancy currently exists and one member's term has expired. The Mayor's Office is providing the reappointment of Kelly Kucharski (Resident of District 4) with a term ending July 1, 2030, for consideration.
