Subject ..Title Consider Appeal of Director's decision to void Zone Clearance for property located at 2680 North Miami Avenue. 1. Affirm the Director's decision to void the zone clearance pursuant to FMC Sections 15-5004 and 15-5010, and to deny the zone clearance application as submitted. 2.
