2. RECOMMEND APPROVAL (to the City Council) of Rezone Application No. R-16-014 to rezone the subject property from the RS-5/UGM (Single Family Residential Zone District/Urban Growth Management) zone district to the RS-5/PD/UGM (Single Family Residential District/Planned Development/Urban Growth Management) zone district.
