Konczal, Executive Director Fresno Regional Workforce Development Board SUBJECT ..Title Approve the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Mandated Partner Memorandums of Understanding ..Body RECOMMENDATION Approve and authorize the Council President to execute the attached Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) between the Fresno Regional Workforce Development Board (FRWDB) and State of California Employment Development Department, Department of Rehabilitation, Fresno County Department of Social Services, Job Corps, Fresno Economic Opportunity Commission, State Center Adult Education Consortium, Proteus Ins., and AARP Foundation. LOCAL PREFERENCE Local preference was not implemented because this item does not include the award of a construction or services contract.
