Approve the Third Amendment to the Granicus, Inc. Service Agreement between Granicus, Inc. and the City of Fresno, CA ..Body RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval to amend the Council Rules of Procedure, Rule No. 10, to include language to accommodate giving public comments electronically via eComments. The revised Rule No. 10, is included as Exhibit A. In addition, staff recommends approval of the third amendment to the Granicus, Inc. Service Agreement included as Exhibit B. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY On August 16, 2013, the City of Fresno entered into a Service Agreement with Granicus, Inc. The agreement was amended on September 12, 2017 and again on March 30, 2018. The Third Amendment includes a one-time fee of $4,500 and $31,200 per year as detailed in Exhibit C. BACKGROUND The City Attorney has reviewed this amendment and approved to form. The modules included in this amendment were approved during the FY19 budget process and the funds are in the City Clerk's budget. ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS This is not a project as defined by the California Environmental Quality Act. LOCAL PREFERENCE Local preference was not implemented because this item is an amendment to an existing contract. FISCAL IMPACT The funding for this amendment is contained in the City Clerk's budget.
