EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This item amends the Fiscal Year 2025 budget by transferring the funding appropriation from the Revenue Account to the Tire Cleanup Grant Account. BACKGROUND City Attorney's Office, Code Enforcement Division, has been awarded ongoing grant funding by CalRecycle to supplement waste tire cleanup efforts. Staff is seeking to reallocate $100,000 from the Revenue Account to the Tire Grant Account. ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS Pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378, this item is not a project for the purposes of CEQA.
