Subject ..Title Staff recommends that the Planning Commission take the following actions regarding the Southwest Fresno Specific Plan: 1. RECOMMEND that the City Council direct staff to continue working with the steering committee and community to refine the plan and commence the Program Environmental Impact Report. 2.
