EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This City of Fresno Tax Rebate Agreement implements Section 604 of the Disposition Agreement and Development Agreement approved by Council on August 22, 2019. BACKGROUND ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS This approval is not a project for the purposes of CEQA Guidelines Section 15378. FISCAL IMPACT N/A
