ਇਲੈਕਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਵਹੀਕਲ ਚਾਰਜਿੰਗ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਤੇਜ਼, ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਪਰਮਿਟ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ, ਫਰਿਜ਼ਨੋ ਮਿਉਂਸਪਲ ਕੋਡ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 11-113 ਨੂੰ ਜੋੜਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਆਰਡੀਨੈਂਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ। 1. CEQA ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ 15061(b)(3) ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇੱਕ ਖੋਜ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਣਾਓ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਦਾ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ 'ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। 2. ਬਿੱਲ - (ਜਾਣ-ਪਛਾਣ ਲਈ)- ਇਲੈਕਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਵਾਹਨ ਚਾਰਜਿੰਗ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਤੇਜ਼, ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਪਰਮਿਟ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ, ਫਰਿਜ਼ਨੋ ਮਿਊਂਸਪਲ ਕੋਡ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 11-113 ਨੂੰ ਜੋੜਨਾ।
ਸਵੈਚਲਿਤ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਅਜੇ ਇਸ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ।

Actions pertaining to an ordinance adding Section 11-113 of the Fresno Municipal Code, relating to an expedited, streamlined permitting process for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations.
1. Adopt a finding pursuant to CEQA Guidelines 15061(b)(3) that there is no possibility that this approval will have a significant effect on the environment.
2. BILL - (For introduction)- Adding Section 11-113 of the Fresno Municipal Code, relating to an expedited, streamlined permitting process for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations.
