Camarena, Chief Assistant City Attorney SUBJECT ..Title BILL (for introduction) - Amending Administrative Abatement, Fresno Municipal Code (FMC) Section 10-616. ..Body RECOMMENDATION Adopt amendment to FMC Section 10-616 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This amendment removes the language adopted on February 17, 2022 and effective March 31, 2022, by Ordinance 2022-002, and restores FMC Section 10-616 to its original language that was effective as of March 30, 2022. BACKGROUND On February 17, 2022, the City Council adopted an amendment to FMC Section 10-616. The Council wishes to restore Section 10-616 to its prior form. ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS Not applicable.
