(Requires Five Affirmative Votes) (Subject to Mayor's Veto) ..Body RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that City Council adopt the 41st Amendment to the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 2025-179 appropriating $1,500,000 contingent on the amount of Measure P Expanded Access to Arts & Culture funds returned to the City by the Fresno Arts Council. Funds will only be made available and expended by the PARCS Department up to the amount of funds received.
