EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Civic Learning Partnership wants a potential award to be created at the city level to be given to youth organizations that are doing a great job in engaging youth civically. In order for the award to be created, the Youth Commission's resolution would encourage a commitment from the City Council to hold a space to provide the awards.
