RESOLUTION - Updating the Land Use Map (Figure LU-1), the Dual Designation Map (Figure LU-2) and text of the Fresno General Plan to incorporate the Southeast Development Area Specific Plan (see Exhibits I and N) (Plan Amendment Application No. P23-03091). 4.
