- There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 9:30 A.M
- At 9:00 A.M, after roll call, the Board was in open session to approve item ID 26-203.
- At 9:11 A.M the Board convened into Executive Session to discuss ID 26-159. At 9:27A.M. the Board re-convened to Closed Session. Present on behalf of Appointing Authority was Assistant City Attorney Jennifer DeRuosi. Appellant nor representative were present. A motion was made by Vice Chair Cregar and unanimous vote 4-0 to uphold the City's decision of removal.
- Presenting the Appointing Authority was Deputy City Attorney III; Brian Velez. Appellant was present with no representation. Hearing on Appeal dates were discussed and scheduled for April 8, 2026.
- The Board went into Closed Session and proceeded to discuss ID 26-66. Presenting on behalf of the Appointing Authority was Assistant City Attorney. Appellant was present with representative Rick Steitz. Hearing on Appeal dates were discussed and scheduled for May 19, 2026 and May 20, 2026.
- Board Counsel; Mike Prentice in lieu of James McCann was present and represented the Board. Also present was Acting Secretary Designee; Brittany Blanco, Assistant Personnel Director; Jennifer Misner, Assistant City Attorney; Jennifer DeRousi, Deputy City Attorney III; Brian Velez
