- aAmendment - Conditional Use Permit Application No. P24-04535
- Conditional Use Permit Application No. P24-04535 was filed by Giuliano DiCicco on behalf of A-1 Auto Electric and pertains to the entire A-1 site operations which include 2305, 2310, 2320, 2340, 2345 and 2424 E Stanislaus Street. This application is an amendment to the recently approved CUP P23-03592 to include 1408 N Street as part of the overall site operations for A-1. This location A-1 will assemble alternative fuel systems which will then be brought over to the main location 2310/2320 for installation. Pallets will also be assembled on site in order to deliver/ship the assembled parts. In addition, they will be using the building to warehouse inventory. The parcel is zoned DTN (Downtown - Neighborhood).
- Any announcements or updates will be provided by the Staff Liaison for the Council District 3 Project Review Committee.
- Unscheduled matters are items added to the agenda without the required 72-hour legal notice requirement. These items may be discussed, but official action may not be taken until legal notices are given as required by law.
- The next meeting is scheduled for August 26, 2025, at 5:30 PM, pending availability of projects.

Meeting disruption policy

Meetings are conducted so everyone — in the room and watching or calling in remotely — can take part. A person who disrupts a meeting in person may be removed after a warning. Under California SB 707, if a service disruption within the City’s control cuts off the public’s ability to participate remotely, the body takes no further action on agenda items and recesses for at least one hour while staff make a good-faith effort to restore access; the meeting resumes only once remote access is back.
