The applicant seeks authorization to obtain a new Type 41 Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license (On Sale Beer & Wine – Eating Place) to permit the sale of alcohol in conjunction with restaurant operations, and to establish a small-scale entertainment and recreational golf facility, to be operated under the name The Golf Center. The proposed hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday to Sunday with alcohol to be served during these same hours. The proposal includes modifications to the existing ±2,930-square-foot tenant space, which will include the addition of a ±1,729-square-foot second floor. The tenant space will feature a restaurant with a bar, an indoor putting green, and seven spaces for golf simulators. The parcel is currently zoned IL (Light Industrial). Meeting disruption policy

Meetings are conducted so everyone — in the room and watching or calling in remotely — can take part. A person who disrupts a meeting in person may be removed after a warning. Under California SB 707, if a service disruption within the City’s control cuts off the public’s ability to participate remotely, the body takes no further action on agenda items and recesses for at least one hour while staff make a good-faith effort to restore access; the meeting resumes only once remote access is back.
