- Mark Greenwood of Greenwood and Associates, on behalf of G & B Estates, LLC, filed Tentative Tract Map No. 6443 pertaining to approximately 1.32 net acres of property located on the west side of North Hayes Avenue, between West Santa Ana and West San Gabriel Avenues. - was submitted by Melanie Halajian of Land Development Services on behalf of North Point Surgery Center to amend two sections under FMC Chapter 15 of the Citywide Development Code; Section 15-6703 (Public and Semi-Public Use Classifications) to introduce Sub-Acute Care Facility as a new sub-category use to be added to the general use classification of Hospitals and Clinics, and amend Table 15-1302 (Land Use Regulations – Employment Districts) to allow the proposed use of Sub-Acute Care Facility as a conditionally permitted use in the O (Office) zone district with an approved Conditional Use Permit and subject to specific limitations which are as follows: Must be within a medical office complex that includes two (2) or more medical offices/medical office buildings, one of which must be directly associated with the sub-acute care facility; Building height for sub-acute care facilities shall not exceed 35 feet. Meeting disruption policy

Meetings are conducted so everyone — in the room and watching or calling in remotely — can take part. A person who disrupts a meeting in person may be removed after a warning. Under California SB 707, if a service disruption within the City’s control cuts off the public’s ability to participate remotely, the body takes no further action on agenda items and recesses for at least one hour while staff make a good-faith effort to restore access; the meeting resumes only once remote access is back.
