- The City of Fresno (Applicant) is proposing to amend Sections 15-1302, 15-4907, 15-5102, 15-6702, 15-6802 and add Sections 15-1006 & 15-2742.5 of the Fresno Municipal Code to allow ministerial approval in the following situations: (1) office-to-Dwelling Conversions in the O District; (2) new standalone multi-unit residential development in the O District; (3) multi-unit residential development in the RM-1, RM-2, and RM-3 (Residential Multi-Family) Districts on parcels that are within ½ mile of an existing bus stop; (4) multi-unit residential uses in NMX (Neighborhood Mixed-Use), CMX (Corridor/Center Mixed-Use), RMX (Regional Mixed-Use), CMS (Commercial – Main Street), and CR (Commercial – Regional) Districts on parcels within the City's Infill Priority Area. Meeting disruption policy

Meetings are conducted so everyone — in the room and watching or calling in remotely — can take part. A person who disrupts a meeting in person may be removed after a warning. Under California SB 707, if a service disruption within the City’s control cuts off the public’s ability to participate remotely, the body takes no further action on agenda items and recesses for at least one hour while staff make a good-faith effort to restore access; the meeting resumes only once remote access is back.
