- AVesting Tentative Tract Map No. 6470
- Vesting tentative tract map TTM6470 is being proposed to subdivide ±47.06 net acres (±48.38 gross) into a 194-lot single family residential subdivision. The proposed map will be in conformance with the RS-4 zone district and have a density of approximately 4.12 dwelling units per acre. The subdivision proposes two points of access, one from North Willow Avenue and one connecting to the existing subdivision to the south. The subdivision also proposes approximately 56,660 square feet of open space (Outlots A, B, and C) in addition to dedications for landscape, bike, and pedestrian trail purposes. The parcel is zoned RS-4. Meeting disruption policy

Meetings are conducted so everyone — in the room and watching or calling in remotely — can take part. A person who disrupts a meeting in person may be removed after a warning. Under California SB 707, if a service disruption within the City’s control cuts off the public’s ability to participate remotely, the body takes no further action on agenda items and recesses for at least one hour while staff make a good-faith effort to restore access; the meeting resumes only once remote access is back.
