- The meeting room was called to order at 9:00 A.M.
- At 9:01 A.M. the Board convened into closed session.
- The meeting was adjourned at 9:04 A.M.
- Joe Ruben was present on behalf of the City of Fresno. The Appellant and their Representative were absent however, the Representative notified Board Secretary Brooke Anderson requesting that the hearing be continued for scheduling at the next Board meeting on October 11, 2023.
- The Appellant's Representative notified Assistant City Attorney, Jennifer DeRuosi that the Appellant has withdrawn their appeal.
