- Consideration of the Tower District Design Review Committee 2023 meeting calendar. Committee meetings are tentatively scheduled for the second and fourth (2nd & 4th) Tuesdays of each month at 5:00 PM.
- BLa Tapatia Façade Change
- Location: 94 East Belmont Avenue. Applicant: Armen Devejian, AIA of Associated Design and Engineering, Inc. Building Permit application B22-12143 is for the construction of a new metal building to replace the previous building, which has been demolished due to fire. Because this is a fire burn-down, a Development Permit is not required to rebuild the structure to the extent it was before. Through the plan check process, it was noted that the proposed façade is different and so should be brought to the TDDRC for review. - Location: 1145 N Fulton St. Applicant: Robina Wright Architect & Associates, Inc. ABCUP P22-04443 was filed by Robina Wright on behalf of India's Oven and pertains to a portion of the 0.52 acres located 1153 N FULTON ST. The applicant proposes to expand the existing Type 47 ABC license to the new tenant space acquired by the restaurant. The restaurant would operate every day from 11AM to 2AM. The parcel is zoned CMS. Under California SB 707, agendas and participation instructions are published in every applicable language for the meeting, and free interpretation is provided at the meeting on request. Meeting disruption policy

Meetings are conducted so everyone — in the room and watching or calling in remotely — can take part. A person who disrupts a meeting in person may be removed after a warning. Under California SB 707, if a service disruption within the City’s control cuts off the public’s ability to participate remotely, the body takes no further action on agenda items and recesses for at least one hour while staff make a good-faith effort to restore access; the meeting resumes only once remote access is back.
