- A.ABC CUP for Type 47 Alcohol License
- Location: 920 East Olive Avenue Applicant: Claudia Moreno of Tipzy's Taco's & Beer Conditional Use Permit Application No. P21-06575 requests authorization to establish a State of California Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Type 47 (Restaurant – sale of beer, wine, and distilled spirits for consumption on the premises where sold) alcohol license for purposes of operating a combination Restaurant with Alcohol and Bar in an existing ±1,800 square-foot tenant space. In addition, an ±80 square-foot outdoor patio space will be located at the main entrance. The proposed hours of operation are Wednesday - Sunday: 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 a.m. with the service of alcohol proposed to stop at 2:00 a.m. Furthermore, the establishment proposes two modes pf operation: 1.) A restaurant with alcohol between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m.; and 2.) A Bar (limited to person 21 years of age and older) from 9:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. The subject property is located in the CMS (Commercial – Main Street) zone district.

Meeting disruption policy

Meetings are conducted so everyone — in the room and watching or calling in remotely — can take part. A person who disrupts a meeting in person may be removed after a warning. Under California SB 707, if a service disruption within the City’s control cuts off the public’s ability to participate remotely, the body takes no further action on agenda items and recesses for at least one hour while staff make a good-faith effort to restore access; the meeting resumes only once remote access is back.
