- Continued Matters are items that have been previously reviewed but were not voted upon by the Committee. Further discussion respective to issues which necessitated the continuance from a previous agenda will likely be required prior to action by the Committee.
- ARequest to Change Façade Material
- Location: 1125 East Bremer Avenue The home owner of the property noted above requests approval to change the existing horizontal wood siding material of the single family home to stucco siding. Important Note: The change of material has already occurred prior to obtaining building permits and approval from Tower District Design Review Committee. This item was considered by the Tower District Design Review Committee on September 14, 2021. Committee members provided the following comments & recommendations: Replace horizontal sliding windows w/ single/double hung windows, add trim around windows, restore home back to original appearance (e.g. horizontal siding) as much as feasibly possible. The committee took no action and directed the applicant to come back to the committee. The applicant is returning and is requesting the committee to approve the stucco provided the windows are replaced w/ the appropriate window type (single/double hung) with window trim.

- New Matters are items that will be reviewed by the Committee and which may be subject to a vote of the Committee. Applicants and/or their representatives are asked to be in attendance to discuss these projects.

- Location: 145 E Peralta Way Proposed remodel to façade of existing single family residence located at the property noted above.
- CProposed Addition to Residence
- Location: 429 E Harvard Avenue one Clearance Application No. P21-05554 was filed by Robin Goldbeck on behalf of Peter Reynaud and pertains to the 0.02 acres located at 429 E Harvard Ave. The applicant proposes an 813 square foot addition to the house, a 285 square foot porch addition to the house, and a new 484 square foot garage. The parcel is zoned RS-5.
- VIICOMMITTEE CONSULTATION AND UNSCHEDULED MATTERS
- Committee Consultation Items and unscheduled matters are items that the general public can address to the Committee in order to request input on a proposed project with no formal recommendations, or to provide general information about projects and events in the Tower District. However, the Committee cannot take formal action on these items. (Unscheduled Items shall each be limited to five minutes.)

Meeting disruption policy

Meetings are conducted so everyone — in the room and watching or calling in remotely — can take part. A person who disrupts a meeting in person may be removed after a warning. Under California SB 707, if a service disruption within the City’s control cuts off the public’s ability to participate remotely, the body takes no further action on agenda items and recesses for at least one hour while staff make a good-faith effort to restore access; the meeting resumes only once remote access is back.
