- A.Proposed Carport
- Location: 216 East Simpson Avenue Proposed carport to be located in front of an existing detached garage for a single-family residence located at the property noted above. The proposed carport will include exposed trusses to maintain visibility of the existing façade material. In addition, a detached patio cover is proposed to be located adjacent to the garage.
- B.Proposed Restaurant Expansion & Remodel
- Location: 1153 & 1145 North Fulton Street Proposed tenant improvement/expansion for an existing restaurant (India's Oven) located at the property noted above. Project proposed to expand into the adjacent vacant tenant space. Majority of work will be interior TI. Project also proposes to modify the existing building façade to provide on-site outdoor dining space within the footprint of the existing building. Modification includes a recessed wall with glass bifold type doors and pony walls.
- C.Existing ADU
- Location: 418 North Echo Avenue The existing detached garage located at the subject property was converted to an ADU without permits. In addition, an addition was built onto the ADU. The garage/ADU has a stucco façade that matches the existing primary residence. The addition portion contains T1-11 siding and is not visible from the street. Applicant/homeowner would like the T1-11 (not permitted material) to remain.
- D.Request to Change Façade Material
- Location: 1125 East Bremer Avenue The home owner of the property noted above requests approval to change the existing horizontal wood siding material of the single family home to stucco siding. Important Note: The change of material has already occurred prior to obtaining building permits and approval from Tower District Design Review Committee.

Meeting disruption policy

Meetings are conducted so everyone — in the room and watching or calling in remotely — can take part. A person who disrupts a meeting in person may be removed after a warning. Under California SB 707, if a service disruption within the City’s control cuts off the public’s ability to participate remotely, the body takes no further action on agenda items and recesses for at least one hour while staff make a good-faith effort to restore access; the meeting resumes only once remote access is back.
