- A.Proposed Wall Sign
- Location: The Howlin Wolf, 920 East Olive Avenue Proposed wall sign for a bar (The Howlin Wolf). Wall sign is to be illuminated by halo effect which projects light behind an opaque letter or emblem which results in the appearance of ring of light around the unilluminated letter or emblem.
- B.Proposed Garage Addition
- Location: 2915 N Van Ness Ave Proposed addition to an existing detached garage for the single family residence located at the property noted above. The proposed addition will add approximately 117 square feet to the rear portion of the garage and will include a garage door with access to the alley. In addition, the project proposes to increase the heigh of the garage to approximately 16' (w/ 12' top plate & 4' parapet).

- Location: Mint Bar, 1140 North Van Ness Avenue Proposed wall sign for a bar (Mint Bar). Wall sign is to be internally illuminated, individual channel letters.

Meeting disruption policy

Meetings are conducted so everyone — in the room and watching or calling in remotely — can take part. A person who disrupts a meeting in person may be removed after a warning. Under California SB 707, if a service disruption within the City’s control cuts off the public’s ability to participate remotely, the body takes no further action on agenda items and recesses for at least one hour while staff make a good-faith effort to restore access; the meeting resumes only once remote access is back.
