- was filed by Jeff Roberts of the Assemi Group, Inc. and pertains to the Copper River Ranch project. The Applicant is proposing to modify the existing general plan designations to reflect both the actual built out conditions of Copper River Ranch today and to identify any proposed land use designations and zone districts that are planned for the future. A Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) is being prepared to evaluate the impacts of the proposed project. The applicant has prepared a list of proposed changes to the existing land use designations, zoning, and tentative tract maps. All of this information can be found in the project description as well as the attached exhibits. Soon to be submitted tract maps include: Tract 6238 – Proposed 47 SFD residential lots, Tract 6246 – Proposed 146 SFD residential lots, Tract 6250 – Proposed 52 SFD residential lots. Meeting disruption policy

Meetings are conducted so everyone — in the room and watching or calling in remotely — can take part. A person who disrupts a meeting in person may be removed after a warning. Under California SB 707, if a service disruption within the City’s control cuts off the public’s ability to participate remotely, the body takes no further action on agenda items and recesses for at least one hour while staff make a good-faith effort to restore access; the meeting resumes only once remote access is back.
