- Conditional Use Permit Application No. P20-01790 was filed by Juan Alvarez of Vibez Restaurant & Lounge and pertains to the 0.17 acres located at 724 E. Olive. The applicant requests authorization to obtain a Type 47 alcohol license for Vibez Restaurant & Lounge. The parcel is zoned CMS. - B.Producers Dairy Draft Environmental Impact Report
- Environmental Impact Report being prepared for Producers Dairy located at 250 E. Belmont Avenue in Fresno, California. The environmental document addresses two aspects: (1) The Truck Movement Project Area, and (2) The Demolition and Grading Project Area. The Truck Movement Project Area includes the Demolition and Grading Project Area, the Producers Dairy Main Plant, the Producers Dairy ice cream warehouse, and the Producers Dairy cheese plant property, as well as the roadways in the area which are used for the existing and proposed truck movements. The Demolition and Grading Project Area includes the segment of H Street proposed for abandonment (between Belmont Avenue and Palm Avenue) and the area between H Street and the UPRR tracks. Meeting disruption policy

Meetings are conducted so everyone — in the room and watching or calling in remotely — can take part. A person who disrupts a meeting in person may be removed after a warning. Under California SB 707, if a service disruption within the City’s control cuts off the public’s ability to participate remotely, the body takes no further action on agenda items and recesses for at least one hour while staff make a good-faith effort to restore access; the meeting resumes only once remote access is back.
