- There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 9:32am.
- The Board reconvened into Open Session at 9:26am.
- Following discussion the Board cancelled Administrative meeting scheduled for May 2, 2018. The Administrative meeting will be rescheduled at the next Civil Service Board meeting. Following discussion the Board confirmed continued participation of Anti-Harrassment/Discrimination Training for Board Commission Members via City on-line provided opportunities.
- Assistant City Attorney, Tina Griffin, and Administrative Manager of Public Works, Shelley Morrison, was present on behalf of the Appointing Authority. The Appellant and Labor Representative, Marina Magdaleno, was also present. The Hearing on Appeal was scheduled for June 12, 2018 and June 13, 2018.
